How to Reinstall Express Gate

Express Gate is an application designed to enable users to instantly access the Internet using Firefox, online applications and e-mail. You can reinstall Express Gate with a few simple steps.

Download Express Gate if you don't already have it. Navigate to a website such as Software Informer or Recipester and click on the download link to download the program to your computer.

Unzip the program file and select the Express Gate program version you downloaded. Adjust the "Reset user data" options provided, including setting your preferred sound options and Local Area Network or LAN options. Click "Run" to install the program. Restart your computer to finish installing the application.

Go to "Start" from your windows system and click "Run," or "Accessories" then "Run," depending on the Windows operating system you are using. Type "msconfig" in the "Run" text-box.

Select "General" tab and click "Normal start up." Click "Apply" to finish configuring the Express Gate start-up settings.

Restart your computer.

While rebooting, go to your BIOS utility to complete the set-up. Press "DEL," "F1," "F2" or "CTRL+ALT+ESC," depending on your system's BIOS command requirements during Power-On Self-Test (POST) to access BIOS Setup window.

From the BIOS set up, go to "Tools" and select "Asus express gate [Enabled]." Reset "User Data" to "No." Go to "Exit" and save changes. Restart your computer and Express Gate will be re-installed.
