How to Create Albums in iPad
The iPad synchronizes pictures from the iPhoto library on your Macintosh computer or a third-party photo manager for your PC, which are organized based on your photo manager's album categories. Photo synchronization can include all photos from the photo manager, or select albums if your computer has a large photo library. ITunes 9.2 or later is needed to synchronize content from the computer to the iPad, and is available at the official Apple site.
